Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Custom or personalized stationery orders may require an additional 48 hours for processing before shipment.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your paper products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is a priority at The Stationer. 90% of our paper goods are FSC-certified and printed using soy-based inks to minimize environmental impact.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, our warehouse begins processing and we are unable to make further changes.
